About Us

Tim Waters, owner and founder began learning the construction building trades at eighteen years of age. He worked with several housing contracting companies as well as several mid-size commercial general contractors from 1977 to 1984. His goal early on was to absorb as much knowledge in the areas of construction allowing him an overall understanding and skill in the business. He has enthusiastically admitted that a great amount of the knowledge he gained in the construction business can be attributed to a vast number of knowledgeable men who were willing to share their craftsmanship. Tim maintains that there is much to learn in a lifetime, but the expertise of elder tradesmen and supervisors combined is a gift shared from hundreds of years of trade secrets. Those gifts were an asset early on in his career. Tim's abilities encompass this knowledge passed on from his mentors with the addition of his own style and developed skills. This all adds up to decades of building expertise.
